What to include in a bug report
- The name of the tool and the steps you followed.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Your device, browser and browser version.
- The file type and approximate file size. Please do not send private or confidential files.
Good to know
- We cannot recover files for you. Our tools run in your browser and we do not keep your files.
- We cannot guarantee a reply time, but we read every message.
