TopCreator provides free online tools for working with PDF files, images and QR codes. The tools run in your browser. We may change, add or remove tools at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the tools only with files and content you have the right to use.
• Do not use the site for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
• Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it or bypass its limits.
• Do not create QR codes that mislead people or lead them to harmful content.

Your files and responsibility

You are responsible for the files and content you use. Keep a copy of every original file, and check each result before you use or share it.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise that they will be error-free, always available or suitable for a particular purpose, or that a result will be identical to the original in every viewer or application.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TopCreator and its owner are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the site or the files and QR codes created with it, including lost or damaged files and QR codes that do not scan.

Intellectual property

The site design, text and code belong to TopCreator or its licensors. Your files and the results you create remain yours. We do not claim any rights over them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
